The aluminum inner core layer of the plate is calendered by special roller molding, and in the process of forming double-sided convex points, under the action of stress between the points, the coiled aluminum metal sheet forms the middle layer core material of the nest-shell continuous bridge arch structure, and the upper and bottom aluminum coils are compounded to form a 360-degree (directionless) evenly stressed aluminum plate.
